Every session is a sacred container—an opportunity to come home to yourself. I invite you to arrive with an open heart, a willingness to receive, and a moment of stillness.
Please take a few minutes before your session to breathe deeply, disconnect from distractions, and center yourself. Set an intention or simply be open to whatever guidance, healing, or clarity may come through.
You will receive a confirmation email with helpful preparation tips. Please read them and honor the time you've carved out for this sacred work.

Your time and energy are sacred — and so is mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
No-shows will forfeit the session entirely — meaning:
If the session was part of a package, it will be marked as used.
If the session was paid individually, no refund will be issued.
This policy honors the time I’ve set aside for you and allows me to support others who may be waiting for an opening. Thank you for understanding and for treating this space with care and intention.
