As we step into a new year, many of us carry intentions, resolutions, and quiet hopes for what’s next. But true change doesn’t happen through willpower and logic alone—it happens when the body feels safe enough to receive it.

Align & Breathe is a four-week, breath-led group container designed to help you reset your nervous system, deepen your connection to self, and gently embody the next version of you—without forcing, fixing, or hustling.

This is not about “doing more.”

It’s about learning how to breathe your way into alignment.

How It Works

✨ Four Weekly 90-Minute Live Group Sessions (Online)

Each week includes a guided breathwork + meditation journey designed to meet you where you are and gently take you deeper.

Our focus includes:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Emotional release and integration

  • Connecting with your younger, present and future selves

  • Clarifying how you want to feel—and who you’re becoming

Sessions are live for energy and community, with weekly replays available for 72 hours.

💬 Private WhatsApp Group (Ongoing Support)

You’ll be part of a private, supportive WhatsApp group where I’ll share:

  • Reflection and integration prompts after each session

  • Encouragement and accountability for a daily breath practice

  • Voice notes with guidance for using your breath as medicine—for anxiety, sleep, stress, and emotional regulation

  • Gentle reminders that you’re not alone in this process

Community is an essential part of this container. You’ll be held, seen, and supported—without pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

🌬 Daily Breathwork Practice (Simple + Sustainable)

You’ll be guided to incorporate short, accessible breath practices into your daily life over the four weeks. This is not about perfection or rigid routines—it’s about building a relationship with your breath that supports you long-term.

Through repetition and presence, your system learns:

  • How to come out of survival mode

  • How to regulate more quickly when triggered

  • How to widen your capacity for stress, emotion, and growth

Important Details & Participation Guidelines

Live Session Schedule

Align & Breathe meets live on Zoom on the following Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 PM:

  • January 15 (Breakthrough Breathwork)

  • January 22 (Breathwork Flow)

  • January 29 (Breakthrough Breathwork)

  • February 5 (Breakthrough/Flow Mashup)

Once you enroll, you’ll be automatically added to all four workshops—there is nothing additional you need to schedule. You’ll receive a Zoom link and preparation reminders prior to each session.

Attendance & Replays

  • Please arrive on time. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted in order to preserve the integrity and safety of the group experience.

  • If you’re unable to attend a live session, a replay will be available for 72 hours only, after which it will expire.

WhatsApp Community & Support

WhatsApp is our primary space for community connection and integration throughout the four-week journey. Inside the group, you’ll receive:

  • Reflection prompts following each breathwork session

  • Guidance and encouragement for establishing a daily breathwork practice

  • Voice notes to support various stages of establishing your routine

  • A supportive space to share wins, insights, and receive accountability

This is where you’ll be held by others walking a similar path.

Please note: while some participants may join individual breathwork sessions as drop-ins, only full Align & Breathe participants receive access to the WhatsApp group, integration prompts, and daily practice guidance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This program is non-refundable and non-transferable. By enrolling, you are reserving a space in a live, limited-capacity group container.

Waiver Requirement

A one-time waiver is required prior to the first session. You’ll receive the waiver link upon registration and must complete it before participating.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer: Although breathwork is generally safe, there are some individuals who may be at higher risk. We strongly recommend consulting a medical professional prior to registering, and a signed waiver is required before participation in this class.

Breathwork is NOT advised for individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease (including angina or heart attack), high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgeries, seizure disorders, severe mental illness, or those taking major medications. Breathwork is also not suitable for individuals with a personal or family history of aneurysms, or for pregnant women without prior medical approval. Those with asthma should bring their inhalers and consult with their physician beforehand.

Align & Breathe is intended to support personal growth, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-awareness. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
